Assumes responsibility for achieving sales goals by implementing marketing and sales strategies to effectively sell and promote NN portfolio of products to HCPs and other office staff through remote/virtual means
Builds and maintains relationships with physicians, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
Records notes of calls, including products discussed and key issues addressed
Sets follow-up calls with customers based on engagement plans
Utilizes understanding of the territory market to develop and execute business plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree, and/or PharmD required
Previous experience in retail, non-retail/inside sales or customer service experience preferred
Intermediate computer skills required (Windows, Word, Excel)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral communication skills
Solid understanding of diabetes and obesity disease states and Novo Nordisk’s products is needed
Ability to establish rapport, build relationships and close sales
