Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex change and technology programs, ensuring outcomes across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Structure and manage multiple interdependent projects and workstreams, proactively handling risks and dependencies
Establish and run robust program governance, including steering committees and executive reporting
Act as the primary interface for senior business and technology stakeholders, aligning priorities and expectations
Own program financials and resources, driving corrective actions when required
Requirements
Diploma Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
Typically 10+ years of experience in project and program delivery
Proven track record delivering large-scale change and technology programs, ideally within financial services or the fund industry
Strong exposure to senior stakeholder and governance forums
Solid understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and delivery standards.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
