You will manage and optimize our clients' Google Ads accounts with monthly ad spends ranging from €15k to €150k.
You will work closely with colleagues from the SEA team and be responsible for 3–5 client accounts.
You will plan, create and optimize search engine ads on Google and Bing for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies.
You will independently manage clients as an Account Manager and continuously develop these relationships.
You will analyze relevant KPIs, prepare weekly reports and optimize accounts based on those insights.
You will work systematically with our Paid Social team to identify and leverage synergies across channels.

Ideally a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a comparable field, with 2–3 years of professional experience in SEA.
A holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs.
Strong communication skills in client interactions, empathy and a quick grasp of new information.
An entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach and the ability to find smart solutions.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Drive and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Conscientiousness, reliability and the ability to make quick decisions.
