Build a robust framework of KPIs (CAC, LTV, Pipeline Velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion) that provides the executive team with a clear line of sight into marketing’s impact on growth.
Direct the allocation of resources across digital marketing channels, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion within our target demographics.
Act as a subject matter expert for the senior leadership team, providing clear guidance on marketing best practices and performance metrics to stakeholders with varied marketing backgrounds.
Requirements
Significant experience in a marketing leadership role within a data-driven B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of contributing to ARR growth.
Expert-level understanding of CRM systems, specifically the coordination between HubSpot and Salesforce, and the ability to manage a modern marketing technology stack.
A background in building data-driven marketing departments where every dollar spent is tracked against revenue impact and growth benchmarks.
The ability to influence and educate a senior leadership team, providing a steady hand and a clear vision for how marketing drives the company’s broader mission.
Hands-on experience designing multi-channel digital strategies that move the needle in niche, high-value B2B markets.
