Support strategic projects to enable EOM to achieve its high growth ambitions
Reporting to the Director Global Sourcing
Manage and grow the day-to-day relationship and off-take agreements with our germanium suppliers
Develop new business opportunities in recycling of germanium out of non-customer waste
Manage the execution of the commercial agreement with our strategic partner
Contribute to the continued ramp-up of our partner’s production facility
Develop alternative western sourcing options for EOM GASIR materials
Support the development of new strategic sourcing projects
Manage the Global Sourcing back office function
Manage the S&OP / Budgeting / Forecasting process
Develop and implement compliance projects related to sourcing activities
Support other strategic business development projects related to EOM’s diversification strategy and development.

A Master’s or PhD degree in Business Economics, Science or Engineering
2-5 years of prior experience in a techno-commercial or business development role
Good project management experience
Teamwork oriented and ability to collaborate across functions
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Ability to perform in-depth business assessments and translate into clear recommendations
Problem solving mindset with strong negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, international setting
Fluent writing and speaking in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
