About this role
Role Overview
- Prepare partners' commission spreadsheets and indicators, as well as administrative and operational controls;
- Provide support for after-sales through internal controls;
- Assist with customer and/or partner service whenever necessary;
- Enter and monitor customers in CRM
- RD Station;
- Track subscription contracts (internal processing) to verify that the vehicle was delivered and payment was made;
- Support commission closing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the role;
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel;
- High school diploma.

- Course in the commercial/sales area.
