Role Overview
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Issue boletos and tax invoices (notas fiscais)
- Support client invoicing
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Manage and organize financial documents
- Assist in communications with clients and suppliers regarding financial matters
- Ensure accurate recording of information in the system
Requirements
- Previous experience in operational financial routines
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Comfortable using systems and performing administrative routines
- Experience with ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of billing and tax legislation
