About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients: handling calls, emails, and general coordination.
- Manage attorneys’ and paralegals’ calendars (meetings, calls, key dates, Zoom).
- Maintain organized digital files and assist with basic document preparation.
- Support administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, correspondence, e-filing as instructed).
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and third parties to ensure timely follow-up.
