Structure, analyze, and evolve the Operational Excellence processes for Localiza Meoo (car subscription product), providing analytical support for fleet growth and contributing to strategic decision-making with a focus on efficiency, quality, and value capture.
Conduct structured, in-depth analyses of operational metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and performance improvement.
Develop and monitor KPIs related to operations, ensuring visibility and supporting decision-making.
Prepare studies, diagnostics, and recommendations to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects within the area.
Design and automate databases, reports, and dashboards to improve productivity and scalability.
Work cross-functionally with partner teams to ensure alignment and implementation of proposed initiatives.
Support sustaining fleet growth by anticipating risks and proposing data-driven solutions.
Provide a critical, analytical perspective to drive the evolution of the department’s processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed)
Advanced Excel (handling large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.)
Power BI (data modeling, dashboard creation, and optimization)
Experience structuring and automating databases
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability
Clear communication and the ability to influence stakeholders
Autonomy, ownership mentality, and the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments
