Role Overview

• Plays a critical role in supporting a portfolio of contracts/projects
• Tracks performance and provides governance across contracts/projects
• Manages operational risks and issues for the portfolio of projects
• Supports projects to implement new performance reporting, processes, and tools
• Conducts audits, assessments, and data analysis
• Collaborates with operations and supporting functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in operational training and development
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and making recommendations
• Experience with operational training design and delivery methodologies
• Ability to influence through innovative thinking
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change
