Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products
- Improve quoting system logic, eligibility rules, and coverage matching
- Diagnose where customers drop out of the quoting journey and implement solutions
- Maintain the integrity of underwriting inputs for accurate pricing
- Keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- extreme attention to detail and can get deep into the weeds of API documentation and rating logic
- understanding how backend technical performance directly impacts consumer behavior and marketplace conversion
- comfortable diving into the data to answer questions, tracking Quote Success Rates, Conversion, and Loss Ratios daily
- can bridge the gap between engineering, insurance specialists, and external partners
- experience with AI to automate your day-to-day
