Requirements

- Passionate about AI and willing to work hands on with technology
- Comfortable in technical conversations about system architecture, API design, and prompt engineering
- Data-driven and familiar with SQL to dive into data for insights
- Familiarity with metrics that matter: answer quality, customer satisfaction, automation rate, escalation quality
