Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products
- Improve quoting system logic, eligibility rules, and coverage matching
- Diagnose customer drop-off in the quoting journey and implement solutions
- Maintain integrity of underwriting inputs to ensure accurate pricing
- Keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds for user experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to understand API documentation and rating logic
- Familiarity with backend technical performance and consumer behavior
- Comfortable diving into data and tracking KPIs daily
- Ability to bridge communication between engineering and external partners
- Passionate about AI and automation of day-to-day processes
