About this role
Role Overview
- End-to-end management of the credit portfolio, overseeing the entire customer journey — from the credit funnel through collections;
- Define and update credit policies to ensure portfolio health;
- Monitor and analyze production, efficiency, delinquency and recovery metrics, with a focus on profitability;
- Build and develop collections KPIs, which are still at an early stage of maturity;
- Automate processes and improve data accessibility to make analyses faster and more consistent;
- Collaborate with IT, Modeling, CRM, Marketing and Product teams to execute strategies;
- Conduct benchmarking and propose solutions to advance credit and collections;
- Organize team processes and routines to ensure prioritization and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience managing credit portfolios and/or collections (experience in both is a plus);
- Technical knowledge of KPIs, MIS and credit recovery;
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python;
- Experience managing people and processes.
