Perform monthly budget control, including report extraction and detailed expense analysis;
Manage contracts, tracking deadlines and renewals, updating spreadsheets and filing related documents in the Legal department's network drive;
Create and track requests in a dedicated system for contractual solicitations, ensuring an efficient process;
Handle requests via SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures;
Execute financial processes related to the department's requests until their completion;
Manage and execute document signing on a digital platform, meeting the needs of the Legal department and internal clients;
Prepare presentations and reports to monitor indicators and projects led by the department;
Work with data intelligence;
Manage, maintain, and improve the department's data and information flows;
Analyze data and create monitoring dashboards;
Provide analysis and support for organizational metrics;
Support coordinators and liaise with the company's Programs and Projects.
