Own day-to-day project management across multiple workstreams (content, campaigns, production)
Build and manage timelines, ensuring all teams and deliverables stay on track
Lead internal status meetings and proactively identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks
Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing communication, expectations, and updates
Translate client needs into clear internal direction and actionable plans
Partner cross-functionally with creative, production, and strategy teams to drive execution
Maintain visibility into scopes, resourcing, and overall account health

Strong project management experience in an agency environment (this is a must-have)
Experience in client services / account management, with confidence leading client comms
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, or similar
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
