Minimum 2 years’ experience in Product (PO, PM, Product Builder, etc.).
Has already built concrete things—not just scoped or documented.
Hands-on experience with building: no-code / low-code and AI tools (Cursor, copilots, generators, automations, etc.).
Passionate about product and enthusiastic about AI.
Interested and curious about (real estate) investing: you seek to understand why people invest, what holds them back, what inspires them, and you want to make the experience simpler and more human.
Impact-oriented rather than output-focused, with a strong sense of efficiency.
Comfortable with uncertainty and able to move forward without a perfect framework.
Excellent communicator, structured and pragmatic.
