Project Consultant

Role Overview

• Act as a project consultant, leading the understanding of business requirements and proposing End-to-End (E2E) solutions.
• Conduct cross-process mappings involving Logistics, Tax, Accounting and IT, ensuring alignment between operations, systems and legal requirements.
• Perform deep dives into logistics operations, observing physical and system processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Map and analyze critical logistics processes, including:
• Inventory Management
• Reverse Logistics
• SFS (Ship From Store)
• PKS (Pick from Store / in-store picking)
• OMS, WMS and TMS
• Ensure an integrated view of the flows order → billing → movement → inventory → transportation → accounting, considering operational, tax, accounting and financial impacts.
• Work with business areas to identify and understand the benefits and gains of each request, including:
• Operational efficiency
• Cost reduction
• Mitigation of tax and accounting risks
• Financial impacts and return on investment (ROI)
• Actively support business teams in prioritizing the backlog of needs, using criteria such as:
• Value and financial gain for Vivo
• Operational efficiency generated
• Technical and operational complexity
• Risks, dependencies and compliance
• Contribute to prioritization decisions driven by value, financial results and corporate strategy.
• Define the macro solution, ensuring alignment between business, processes and systems architecture.
• Act as a facilitator between business areas, Logistics, Tax, Accounting, IT teams, vendors and partners.
• Support the definition and monitoring of project scope, timelines, costs, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries by participating in functional tests, integrated validations and production readiness activities.
• Ensure that delivered solutions maintain traceability and tax and accounting compliance.
• Prepare documentation of processes, requirements, solutions, expected benefits and executive status reports.
• Seek simple, scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with market best practices.
• Work with a collaborative, proactive attitude and strong focus on generating value and financial results.

Requirements

• Experience in IT project management, from planning to implementation;
• Experience in mapping and redesigning End-to-End (E2E) processes;
• Experience in projects involving Logistics, Retail, Tax and Accounting;
• Solid knowledge of core logistics processes: Inventory Management, Reverse Logistics, SFS (Ship From Store), PKS (Pick from Store) and Transportation and Distribution;
• Knowledge of OMS, WMS and TMS systems. Integrations with ERP and tax/accounting systems;
• Experience in analyzing benefits, operational gains and financial impacts of requests;
• Experience organizing and prioritizing backlog with business teams;
• Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK and Agile methodologies;
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent demands;
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong focus on efficiency, results and financial return;
• Must reside in the Greater São Paulo area (SP).
