Role Overview

• Advise company executives on acquiring new employees or contracts
• Independently prospect and book appointments with warm inbound leads
• Pre-qualify prospects for consultations with experts
• Participate in team meetings and handle minor administrative tasks

Requirements

• Clear spoken German
• High energy
• Willingness to learn
• Results-oriented
• Initial experience in telephone cold calling (ideally 1–3 years in sales)
• Experience in an agency or sales coaching is a plus
• Sales experience and a desire to develop professionally are more important
