About this role
Role Overview
Lead the growth and profitability of the competitive refining, screening, and cleaning service portfolio (OEM and non-OEM)
Analyze market conditions, competitor offerings, and ANDRITZ positioning to identify growth opportunities
Drive innovation, optimization, and service differentiation across the product line
Provide technical and commercial leadership to the sales organization (equipment and services)
Support proposal development, product costing, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
Partner with Refining/Screening/Cleaning Manager, Site Managers, and Regional Managers to align commercial strategy
Support reverse engineering efforts, service sourcing, and parts development for competitive equipment
Collaborate with regional and global product teams on new service offerings, product enhancements, and R&D initiatives
Participate in service execution, system optimization, and customer site support as required
Influence production and purchasing decisions to ensure competitiveness and profitability
Support annual budgeting and forecasting with input from sales and management teams
Contribute to long
and short-term strategic planning, including sales objectives and training needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to solve mechanical and process-related challenges
Proven experience in industrial sales, service, or technical leadership roles
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
