Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within the defined scope, schedule, and budget;
Support long-term strategies and planning for IT infrastructure, aligned with business objectives and needs;
Ensure projects are implemented according to the agreed schedule and budget, including transition to operations;
Ensure contract compliance by monitoring and verifying that deliverables meet established agreements;
Manage the change process for IT infrastructure, assessing and mitigating adverse impacts during project deployments under your responsibility;
Design and price solutions to meet the needs of feasibility studies for new solutions;
Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure and implement solutions to increase system efficiency, security, and reliability;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of technological solutions into the company's projects and operations;
Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring purchased products and services meet the company's quality standards and requirements;
Train and mentor team members and clients on the implemented solutions, promoting effective use of resources and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT Management;
Experience in technology project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within established timelines and budgets;
Certification in project and change management methodologies and frameworks (SCRUM, PMI/PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile and/or Lean);
MS Project;
SAP PS module;
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
Knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT infrastructure;
English (intermediate).
