About this role
Role Overview
Design and build responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with the Head of Web and Content to develop innovative designs that reflect brand guidelines and engage users.
Ensure designs and code are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain modern, functional, and error-free.
Implement content updates in collaboration with the content team, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive web experiences.
Conduct regular reviews and testing to optimize website performance and usability.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for custom Webflow components or integrations when necessary.
Collaborate with back-end developers when required to implement advanced functionality.
Work alongside the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure web projects meet deadlines and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve web development practices.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in front-end web development or a related field.
Proven experience designing and building websites in Webflow is required.
Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and Figma.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
A strong eye for design with the ability to create visually compelling, user-focused web layouts.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, MarkUp, or Sketch is an advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
