The assembly, installation, commissioning, and monitoring of new IT equipment and systems
On-site or remote intervention on employees’ equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Hardware maintenance, including performing regular updates on employees’ workstations
Ensuring the security of the company’s networks and data
Implementing IT solutions to provide employees with the necessary resources to perform their tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement
Training staff members following the installation of new equipment and raising awareness about best practices for maintaining IT hardware
Identifying equipment obsolescence and providing reports to management to support partial or full renewal of the IT infrastructure
Monitoring and managing IT inventory and stock levels

A degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (Bac+2 or higher) is appreciated
2-3 years of experience in a similar position is a plus
Advanced proficiency in English
Strong technical knowledge of IT environments, operating systems, networks, and infrastructure solutions
Ability to quickly analyze issues and implement effective solutions, including in urgent situations
Curiosity and continuous learning mindset to stay up to date with technological developments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
