Serve as the reference and methodology lead for the execution of strategic projects assigned by the Portfolio, working extensively across areas and squads;
Ensure projects are aligned with Paraná Banco’s objectives, guaranteeing efficiency, predictability and quality in execution;
Establish, evolve and maintain project management rituals, processes and procedures, contributing to organizational maturity;
Create and maintain integrated schedules, reporting progress, costs, deviations and impacts for each project under governance;
Rigorously control deadlines and risks for critical deliverables, anticipating issues and proposing mitigation and contingency plans;
Manage cross-functional dependencies and impediments, removing barriers that affect value delivery and proposing solutions to protect project execution against scope changes and reprioritizations;
Act as a bridge between strategy and operations, connecting portfolio, product, technology and business areas;
Lead tactical and executive alignments, presenting status, risks, decisions and next steps clearly and objectively;
Ensure decisions and solutions are aligned with Paraná Banco’s strategic objectives and KPIs by creating executive, tactical and operational indicators to monitor projects, ensuring measurement of results and traceability between initiative, project and delivered outcome.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields;
5+ years of experience managing strategic and/or complex projects, preferably in medium or large corporate environments;
Proven experience in cross-functional projects involving multiple areas, stakeholders and dependencies;
Experience in regulated or high-governance environments (e.g., financial services, technology, compliance, risk, legal), when applicable;
Ability to operate without micromanagement, focusing on direction, governance, risk and decision-making;
Ability to protect project execution against changes and reprioritizations;
Ability to influence and advance organizational project management maturity.
