Develop & implement area portfolio growth strategies to drive top line growth
Lead business operations, working closely with customers, vertical / global commercial sales, program management, and application engineering
Develop and drive global strategy for increasing penetration in Commercial Vehicle segment, working closely with other emission area portfolio leaders and vertical sales teams
Lead execution of NPIs, collaborating with cross-functional team
Improving portfolio profitability through initiation and execution of cost savings programs
Provide area insights to inform global and regional strategies
Assessing and tracking the competitive landscape.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Five (5) years of experience in product marketing/management in a private, public, government or military environment
MBA or Marketing degree from an accredited university with an emphasis in marketing, business, or strategy (preferred)
Three (3) years of profit and loss business management experience in a private, public, government or military environment (preferred)
Experience in leading new product development teams and commercializing new products (preferred)
Proven track record of leading change management in portfolio and business strategy (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various functional and area partners to drive business results (preferred)
Familiarity with working in automotive or other regulated industries (preferred)
