Drive full utilization of Greenhouse ATS and sourcing platforms like Gem, ensuring data integrity and pipeline transparency.
Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, providing market maps and competitive intelligence to help us win in a crowded market.
Partner with leaders to scale teams across the USA, LATAM, and EMEA.
Requirements
3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment.
Proven track record of hiring specialized roles, specifically within Engineering, Data Science, & Machine Learning.
Deep experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem sourcing.
You should be comfortable discussing how you use AI tools (e.g., for screening, sequence optimization, or market research) to amplify your output.
You don't rely on "post and pray."
You are a pro at deep-web sourcing and crafting highly personalized outreach to passive candidates.
You thrive in ambiguity. If a process doesn't exist, you build it.
You can explain a complex compensation structure or a technical role requirement with equal clarity.
Proven experience navigating the complexities of global hiring. You understand that sourcing a Senior Engineer in Budapest requires a different strategy than in San Francisco.
