Analyse complex travel data to derive actionable insights, identifying trends, opportunities,and risks that support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, tailoring data and insights to support those objectives.
Lead initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation in travel management strategies.
Supervise and report on the performance of implemented strategies.
Advise clients on procedures in travel information examination and plan development, improving their understanding and application of insights.
Where appropriate, act as mentor on data more broadly, helping to build proficiency and competency on the available reporting tools and in the selection and interpretation of various metrics.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement through excellent service and communication.
Contribute to the capabilities of the consulting practice through individual and team projects, assignments, collaboration and ongoing communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (preferred: Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance)
2+ years of related experience in a data-related field (analytics, business intelligence, reporting, etc.)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, preferred)
Advanced English proficiency; preferably CEFR C2, TOEFL 5.5/110+, or IELTS 8+
Experience managing competing priorities, projects and stakeholders
Ability to collaborate and build meaningful collaborations on global teams
Familiarity with travel industry strongly preferred.
