Conduct technical security controls reviews and assessments for new and existing applications and infrastructure projects
Detect potential security risks and suggest mitigation approaches
Conduct security reviews and assessments of third-party services and solutions
Coordinate security testing engagements
Provide expert security advisory on a range of information security topics and domains
Recommend security enhancements and offer technical security guidance to various organization teams
Educate and support colleagues and technical teams on new security requirements, process, processes and products
Research, evaluate, and contribute to the adoption of cutting-edge security tools and technologies

3+ years of experience in information security or a related field
Knowledge of information security principles, technologies, and risk mitigation strategies
Understanding of application and network security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques
Ability to assess security risks, translate complex issues into business terms, and present findings to different levels of stakeholders
A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships in a multicultural environment
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in cybersecurity
Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+ or equivalent) are a plus
Solid communication and teamwork skills in English as communication would be across teams in the Baltics
