Drive the launch and growth of AbbVie’s solid tumour product by engaging hospital teams and executing territory plans.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support patient access treatment and ensure appropriate product use.
Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans aligned with launch objectives and brand strategy.
Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs across the assigned geography.
Identify growth opportunities by understanding treatment pathways, stakeholder influence, and market dynamics.
Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance customer engagement, optimize territory planning, and support data-informed decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field (minimum requirement)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in hospital, specialist, or account-based roles.
Experience in oncology is strongly preferred, with solid tumour experience and/or exposure to gynaecological oncology considered a strong advantage.
Proven commercial experience with a track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in a launch or growth-phase environment.
Full driving licence and right to work in Ireland.
