Role Overview

• Be a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, contributing to business planning and performance outcomes.
• Lead workforce planning, talent and succession initiatives to build future-ready teams.
• Provide strong employee and industrial relations support, including complex investigations, performance matters and Fair Work cases.
• Strengthen team effectiveness, engagement and accountability across your portfolio.
• Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and integration activity.
• Use people data and insights to inform decisions and drive improvement.
• Partner with WHS colleagues to support a safe and compliant workplace.
• Contribute to broader People initiatives across your portfolio.

Requirements

• Experienced People & Culture Business Partner with strong commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ER/IR capability, confident managing complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Comfortable operating at pace, influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Data-informed, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
• Adaptable, collaborative and resilient.
• Be able to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement.
