Design innovative learning pathways focused on technical topics in Audiology.
Produce digital learning content: e-learning modules, studio videos, tutorials, podcasts, web series, interactive infographics, micro-learning, and technical datasheets.
Actively contribute to the implementation of our LCMS (Docebo) and take full responsibility for its administration: configuration, catalog management, user administration, and reporting.
Deploy training programs to our various audiences (audiologists, assistants, students, physicians, sales teams, etc.).
Monitor performance indicators and recommend continuous, data-driven improvements.
Manage projects end-to-end autonomously and in collaboration with the WS Audiology France Marketing teams.
Degree in instructional design, digital learning, or educational sciences.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in both designing AND producing digital learning content.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
Interest in emerging technologies: AI, immersive formats, escape games, etc.
Experience in a technical, healthcare, or scientific environment is a strong plus.
Proficiency with digital learning tools and comfort with multimedia production (Genial.ly or Storyline, Camtasia or Filmora or Premiere Pro, LCMS, Zoom/Teams webinars, etc.).
Good knowledge of standards (SCORM) and LCMS operation.
Ability to analyze usage data to optimize learning paths.
Strong autonomy, organizational skills, and cross-functional leadership.
Pedagogical creativity and attention to detail.
English: professional written comprehension; oral comprehension is a plus.
