Role Overview
- Lead the end-to-end SIOP framework for the SBL Organization
- Define the planning cadence, governance structure, and cross-functional participation for SIOP cycles
- Consolidate customer demand signals from sales pipeline, order backlog, and forecast inputs
- Drive collaborative planning with key customers to ensure sustainable fulfillment with optimized inventory
- Optimize inventory levels to balance working capital efficiency and supply reliability
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in supply and inventory planning or supply chain management
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working in a global organization
- High sense of urgency and accountability
