Drive Revenue Planning & Performance Management
Lead the preparation and development of the ASR, annual budget, and monthly/quarterly sales & margin forecasts
Deliver insightful analyses to support strategic presentations, highlighting revenue and margin trends through compelling visuals
Monitor monthly/quarterly performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to secure targets
Develop and maintain Risks & Opportunities (R&O) tracking
Strengthen SalesForce Effectiveness
Support Supply Chain & Demand Planning

3–5 years of experience in sales performance analysis, business analysis, or revenue planning
Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) and familiarity with BI tools and dashboards
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
Fluency in French and English; Dutch (Flemish) is an advantage, as is knowledge of Salesforce.com.
