Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights, identify trends and anomalies, and explain performance drivers using structured analytical methods
Design, maintain, and continuously improve workflows and business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Build, own, and maintain automated Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, including operational scorecards, forecasting views, and overall program performance reporting
Develop automated and reliable data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, validating, and combining data from multiple source systems using Power Query and related tools
Support recurring and ad‑hoc data collection and validation efforts to enable internal analysis, audits, compliance checks, and performance tracking
Requirements
5–8 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, reporting, data analytics, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and complex formulas), Power BI, and Power Query
Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
