Role Overview
- Working with creative briefs developed by planning and account handling teams to produce high-quality design concepts
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas specifically tailored for the packaging world
- Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account handlers in a thoughtful and articulate manner
- Adding value to briefs by gathering information and data through self-initiated research
- Accurately estimating the time taken to complete work and providing that information to account handlers
- Working as part of a creative team to ensure quality standards are maintained across all outputs
Requirements
- Evidence of packaging design experience, ideally within the food and drink sector
- A good grounding in design principles and strong industry awareness
- Ability to articulate concepts and ideas to the wider team and other departments
- A strong face-to-face communicator who can support and win client pitches
- Knowledge of the artworking and production process
- The ability to self-manage and a can-do approach to challenging yourself and others
