Provide data-driven recommendations to Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers on candidate availability, sourcing challenges, and market opportunities.
Engage candidates with Aurecon’s EVP and employer brand, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
Work in close partnership with Talent Acquisition Consultants to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
Participate in and lead sourcing-related projects, such as talent mapping for new markets, diversity hiring campaigns, or employer branding activities.
Requirements
6–8+ years’ experience in global or multi-regional talent sourcing, research, or recruitment (in-house or agency)
Proven experience in market research, talent mapping, and delivering insights to inform hiring decisions.
