Lead all acute/inpatient services across Louisiana with oversight of operations and complete accountability for approximately $20-$50MM P&L.
Provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the field management of hospital accounts to ensure patient care.
Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities and monitor division performance.
Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes.
Create a team powerhouse with 3-7 direct reports to inspire quality care.
Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities.
