Work closely with the Brand Manager as a key partner in delivering day-to-day brand initiatives and keeping activities running smoothly across teams and markets.
Manage a range of brand projects, support research and tracking, contribute to PR and employer branding, and help ensure consistent brand expression across all B2C and B2B touchpoints.
Contribute to strengthening Coolbet’s overall brand visibility, consistency, and positioning across key markets, ensuring alignment between internal culture and external perception.
Lead and support employer-branding initiatives in close collaboration with HR, helping shape and communicate a clear and compelling employer value proposition across all touchpoints.
Create and support the execution of employer-brand campaigns, content, and storytelling across social media, careers pages, and internal channels.
Ensure consistent brand expression across all markets by maintaining clear documentation and safeguarding tone of voice, visual style, positioning, and brand guidelines.
Maintain and develop brand asset libraries, improving accessibility and ensuring correct and consistent use across teams, partners, and markets.
Support updates to product pages and back-office content to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging.
Coordinate brand tracking and market research, gathering and analyzing customer and competitor insights to support brand positioning and decision-making.
Support events and merchandising activities through branding coordination, logistics support, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Drive small-to-medium brand project, operational content updates, tracking deadlines and deliverables, and supporting award submissions and other brand initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years in brand, marketing, communications, or similar roles.
Experience in iGaming or online entertainment is a plus.
Working knowledge of brand systems, guidelines, and visual/verbal identity across multiple touchpoints, including contributing to market or customer research, insight gathering, and brand measurement.
Involvement in employer branding, including supporting employer value proposition development, culture storytelling, and creating recruitment-focused content across social and digital channels.
Ability to support initiatives involving NPS, brand tracking, or funnel metrics.
Proven track record of coordinating events or merchandising initiatives with precision and creativity.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and markets.
A proactive, hands-on, and curious mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving in a dynamic brand environment.
