Role Overview
- Develop and lead global marketing strategies for the assigned product portfolio
- Oversee the commercial aspects of the entire product lifecycle
- Lead financial modeling and product-level financial performance
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Provide sales teams with marketing materials, training, and tools
- Work with Product, R&D, Medical and external partners for new products
- Partner with regional marketing teams and ensure global alignment
- Gather insights from veterinarians, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Establish and drive portfolio governance frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or animal health
- Proven ability to define and execute portfolio-level strategies that drive growth
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L performance
- Ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
