Provide subject matter expertise and participate in curriculum development and implementation process.
Provide product knowledge training to the Account management group.
Assist in new student orientation and engage with potential students.
Responsible for hiring, assigning, orienting, developing, evaluating, and recognizing Driver Trainers.
Convene meetings with faculty regularly.
Monitor and support the student population within assigned responsibility.
Analyze student population data and identify students at risk.
Collect data to analyze program performance for continuous improvement.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
CDL License
3 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment.
5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
Ability to qualify as a CDL Driver/ Driver Trainer.
Knowledge regarding faculty development, including requirements, delivery methods, and reporting.
Motivation, dedication, professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
Ability to show sensitivity to the needs and requirements of adult learners.

Associate’s Degree or higher, documented specialized competency within the field of instruction, or equivalent work experience in the field of instruction (preferred).
5 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment (preferred).
10 years of experience in the field of instruction (preferred).
Working knowledge of federal/state government education regulations (preferred).
3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role (preferred).
Previous experience as an academic program director (preferred).
Experience in student guidance, or related fields (preferred).
