About this role

Drive growth in assigned territory
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to close deals
Prospect for new business that aligns with capability and/or grow existing strategic accounts
Sign new business for growth
Maintain and grow current business accounts
Support local and national tradeshows/events
Lead business development efforts to expand CDMO partnerships
Present and promote CDMO services to potential clients
Partner with Commercial Operations and Legal to execute agreements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments
Negotiate high-value contracts
Develop and implement strategic sales plans

Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration or another related field preferred;
Pharma and/or Consumer Health industry experience required
5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful deal closures
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Excellent communication in English and in German is required
Hunting mentality mandatory
Thorough understanding of contract manufacturing and the pharmaceutical formulation and clinical development processes is a plus
Small molecule and oral solid dose formulation experience is highly advantageous
