Find, develop, and maintain relationships with Retail Chain Customers.
Proactively manage your day by placing a high volume of outbound calls; using each call to form a personal emotional connection with customers.
Identify new opportunities, develop sales solutions, close sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, and provide outstanding customer service and follow-up.
Place a high volume of outbound calls (40+) to new and existing customers.
Identify, cultivate, and build new customer partnerships with Chain Customers in the HVAC space.
Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline while fostering personal relationships with customers nationwide.
Integrate all sales activities into CRM (Salesforce.com) system for timely, accurate reporting.
Conduct research on accounts to develop an understanding of their business and where Parts Town can be a solution to their parts needs.
Educate customers on Parts Town resources and capabilities.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in an inside sales business development, customer development or account management role.
Experience using Excel & Microsoft Office
Passionate about building something new and solving problems.
Enjoy meeting new people and have the drive to build long-standing partnerships
Proactive and organized – taking initiative and following through are a must.
Resilient – you see rejection as an exciting challenge.
Fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written).
