Role Overview

• Ensure that granulation is produced quantitatively and with quality, following the standards set out in the relevant procedures and instructions for the area.
• Monitor water, acid and steam control for the granulators;
• Daily cleaning of the granulators' inlet and outlet nozzles/spouts;
• Clean the silo and feed hopper;
• Control the feed silo level;
• Collect samples according to the Work Instruction (WI);
• Inspect the SSGR pile;
• Clean the mills;
• Clean unit screens and the final screen using shot blasting (grit blasting);
• Daily monitoring and cleaning of the units' cyclones;
• Monitor furnace and dryer outlet temperatures

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Availability to work in shifts.
