Optimize our ATS (Ashby) to ensure accurate workflows, data integrity, and workflow efficiencies
Manage and optimize BrightHire and other recruiting technologies to improve interview quality and hiring decisions
Evaluate, implement, and manage new recruiting tools as needed in partnership with the leadership team
Partner with IT and HRIS teams to ensure seamless integrations and data flow
Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting frameworks (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness, cNPS, Quality of Hire, and more)
Provide actionable insights to Recruiting leadership and executive stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems
Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiter efficiency and hiring velocity
Standardize interview workflows, intake processes, and hiring manager enablement materials
Drive project management for key TA initiatives (e.g., high-volume hiring sprints, employer branding initiatives, AI tool adoption and automation)
Support global hiring documentation
Act as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition team

3+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, or People Analytics in a high-growth startup or scaling technology company
Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS
Experience implementing or managing BrightHire or similar interview intelligence platforms
Strong expertise in recruiting analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation
Experience scaling processes during rapid growth phases (Series B, C, or similar environments preferred)
Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
