Role Overview
- Assisting the Payroll Manager in all areas of payroll processing
- Research payroll tax questions from employees and agencies
- Review quarterly tax information
- Preparation of international payroll worksheets
- Review employee work flow information in the HRMS system
- Review periodic tax reports and files
- Assist with annual tax reconciliation
- Create payroll worksheets for established international countries
- Review quarterly payroll reports from the tax vendor
- Create compensation ad-hoc reports as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Five years related payroll experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment
- Preferred candidate would have or be working toward CIPP qualification
- Intermediate skills in Workday or similar payroll software
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Internet navigation/research
