Lead end-to-end Salesforce-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and supporting configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and integrations
Work closely with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with user needs
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation within the Salesforce environment
Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements
Manage vendor relationships and oversee annual payment processes, ensuring timely execution in accordance with contracts and budget guidelines
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including deliverables, deadlines, status reports, and stakeholder communications
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and operations, preferably within operations or Plan Sponsor Services
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and administration
Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
