Offer feedback, guidance, and coaching to engineers on the project to foster growth and ensure project success.
May lead hardware project teams using a hybrid approach (Waterfall + Agile methodology).
May lead software project teams using Agile, preferably Scrum methodology (including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
Successful execution of projects within cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across various stakeholders.
Meet and report on key project metrics, including schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or 5 years with a Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Proven track record in managing technical projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining budget controls.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-initiate and manage tasks effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously, maintaining flexibility and composure under uncertainty.
Effective team collaborator with experience working in a matrix organization.
