Requirements
10+ years of relevant commercial, sales, or industry leadership experience preferred.
5+ years of multi-site, regional, or multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
Strategic Commercial Leadership: A proven track record of leading regional or multi-market strategies that deliver explosive growth and market share.
Master of Influence & Partnership: Demonstrated success in a matrixed environment, partnering with senior leaders across sales, operations, and supply chain to achieve ambitious goals.
Inspirational Leadership: A natural ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders toward a shared vision, with or without direct authority.
Change & Communication: A world-class communicator who can inspire rapid adoption of new strategies and capabilities.
Talent Architect: A passion for building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
