Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality expectations are met
Act as the central point of coordination across departments
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports
Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability across teams
Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Identify and resolve roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary

5 or more years of experience in commercial operations with program delivery or operations roles
Experience leading workstreams in large scale initiatives
Experience with Commercial Loan Operations, processes, workflows, and dependencies across the lending lifecycle
