About this role
Role Overview
- Assist the team (Product Manager and Business Process Expert) in the technical and functional structuring and configuration of ADONIS.
- Maintain and update functional documentation, user guides and training materials related to the ADONIS tool.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize user feedback on the use of ADONIS.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to formalize, compile and prioritize requirements.
- Identify and propose concrete continuous improvement actions.
- Actively participate in preparing deployment phases of the tool and onboarding of new users.
Requirements
- Final-year Master’s student (M2) in a business school, engineering school or university with a specialization in: Project Management, Information Systems, Organization/Processes, Digital Transformation, Product Management (a plus)
- A first experience (internship or work-study) related to processes, digital projects or project management is a real plus but not mandatory.
- Interest in process modeling, digital tools or documentation structuring.
